Well, despite my last post implying that it would be a while before the finished layout of the 2nd edition was ready, it's finished (at least for now). Chock it up to having an unexpected burst of energy, some vacation time, and (primarily) vicious insomnia. 

I took down the PDF of the raw "ashcan" Word doc and I've replaced it with the new formatted version. It's available to download as singles or spreads. 

In addition to the obvious layout changes, I also tweaked a few more rules (mainly the cover rules) and added some information about what happens to tokens that are on terrain this being manipulated or destroyed.

It's far from perfect, and I suspect I will continue to doctor the rules as I keep playtesting, but here it is. Please download, play, enjoy, and provide feedback if possible. It's free for now; I suspect I'll slap a price tag on it eventually. If I do, I'll make community copies available.
